DURHAM, MAINE — A collision between a passenger car and a semi-truck early Monday morning on Route 136 in Durham sent one person to Maine Medical Center in serious but stable condition and closed the road for several hours.
Durham Fire and Rescue responded to the crash. The driver of the passenger car was transported to Maine Medical Center. Route 136 was shut down while crews investigated and cleaned up, with traffic detoured at Hallowell and Newell Brook roads. The Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office is conducting the investigation.
