CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE AUTHORIZATION

I confirm that I am the lawful owner of the submitted content, that I personally recorded it, or that I have obtained all permissions necessary to submit and license it.

I grant American Truck Drivers Inc. a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to store, download, reproduce, edit, crop, adapt, combine, caption, translate, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, promote, advertise, and monetize the submitted content, in whole or in part, on its websites, mobile applications, YouTube channels, social media accounts, television, streaming services, compilations, advertisements, and other current or future media.

I understand that this media license is separate from my American Truck Drivers app account and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, survives closure or deletion of that account. Deleting my app account does not revoke the license already granted for a completed submission. American Truck Drivers Inc. may retain the submitted media and the minimum authorization records reasonably necessary to administer and prove this license, subject to applicable law.

I understand that American Truck Drivers Inc. is not required to publish the content, provide attribution, or pay compensation unless a separate written agreement has been made.

I confirm that the content does not knowingly violate another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights. I authorize American Truck Drivers Inc. to retain this submission, my electronic signature, and the related submission records as evidence of this authorization.
