HazMat Truck Driver Brake-Checked by SUV With Two Children Inside

The SUV was behind me, I switched lane, the SUV switched with me, behind me, then the SUV switched back to the center lane, pass me and break check me, i was loaded with HazMat and placards on all sides, the SUV had 2 children on the back seat. We both called 911. At the arrival of Police, from Stockbridge GA, the officer said hello to the other driver like they knew each other. Then the guy “fellow truck driver“ informed the police that i was driving aggressive and pushed him out of the road twice, that he was driving slow because of the slow traffic and as aggressive as i was driving and loaded couldn’t stop on time and i hit him. Hmmm then after he finished talking i showed the video to the police without talking, also the 15 min prior the crash, showing i was driving under the speed limit all the time, the police officer involved here, said “he’s at fault “ but proceeded to let the guy go with out any citation or traffic ticket or a warning. I ask the Police Officer why was that, he said “this could had been avoided by breaking earlier” (yes of course) well, the insurance paid me and the damage was the hinges of the hood and a crack on the bottom of the hood, had to replace the hood and the hinges.
