Truck Cuts Into Blind Spot, Causes Crash

I was leaving our hub in Memphis TN heading to Domino TX. I was literally less than 10 minutes from the hub when this driver did this. It important to note that when he was crossing into my lane he was in my blind spot. I didn’t see what the dash cam captured. Of course he lied saying a car hit him and that resulted in him hitting me but as you can see there is no other vehicle involved.
