MADILL, OKLAHOMA — A 54-year-old employee of J&I Manufacturing was killed Wednesday morning, October 21, after the flatbed semitrailer he was standing on pulled forward, causing him to lose his balance, fall, and hit his head on the trailer.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol identified the man as Jaime Bell of Madill. Troopers said Bell was on the bed of the semitrailer moving pipe to a forklift when the driver pulled the truck forward. Bell died from the head injuries he suffered in the fall.
