VIRGIN RIVER GORGE, ARIZONA — A semi-truck driver escaped with minor injuries Monday morning after his truck veered off Interstate 15 northbound and into a ravine in the Virgin River Gorge area.

Beaver Dam/Littlefield Fire Department responded to the incident at mile marker 17 on April 28, 2026. Upon arrival, crews found the driver awake and had already self-extricated from the truck. He was transported to St. George Regional Hospital via Beaver Dam Fire Ambulance with minor injuries.
