CAMBRIDGE, ONTARIO, CANADA — A 911 call from a concerned motorist reporting a truck driving erratically in Cambridge on Sunday led to the arrest of the driver on impaired driving charges after he blew nearly three times the legal limit on a breathalyzer test.
Ontario Provincial Police said Cambridge OPP officers located and stopped the semi-truck after receiving the call on September 27. The driver was arrested and charged with impaired driving. The truck was seized and the driver’s CDL was suspended.
“Thank you to the member of the public who called 911 to report an erratic transport truck,” OPP said.
