DENISON, IOWA — A semi-truck driver put out a rear trailer brake fire himself on Highway 30 near the Park Motel in Denison before the Denison Volunteer Fire Department arrived on scene. Firefighters helped organize a safe location to get the truck off the highway and arranged for the driver to seek repairs.
