Q: What are your shipping costs?
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $50, there is a flat shipping fee of $4.99.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Duration: Shipping times vary depending on the supplier and product, and may take between 5-15 business days on average. Some items may ship separately due to different supplier locations.
Q: How do I return an item?
You can return an item within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, email us at shop@atruckdrivers.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return label and guide you through the process. Please note:
- Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer (deducted from the refund) unless the item arrived damaged or broken.
- For damaged items, please provide proof (photos) and, if approved, the return will be free of charge.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds once the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
