We both called 911. At the arrival of Police, from Stockbridge GA, the officer said hello to the other driver like they knew each other. Then the guy “fellow truck driver“ informed the police that i was driving aggressive and pushed him out of the road twice, that he was driving slow because of the slow traffic and as aggressive as i was driving and loaded couldn’t stop on time and i hit him. Hmmm then after he finished talking i showed the video to the police without talking, also the 15 min prior the crash, showing i was driving under the speed limit all the time, the police officer involved here, said “he’s at fault “ but proceeded to let the guy go with out any citation or traffic ticket or a warning. I was literally less than 10 minutes from the hub when this driver did this. It important to note that when he was crossing into my lane he was in my blind spot. I didn’t see what the dash cam captured.
